New Heights Youth

Just some pictures form the monday night youth meeting at the church office.
But i'll try to explain some of the games:
the seat shuffle is about one person in the middle trying to get a seat while everybody else moves over a seat.. it can be quite difficult.
The egytian bus is about chasing somebody around the bus but if the chaser gets to close the can sit down in a row and push somebody else out who then becomes the chasee.
Amazon women is where all teh guys hold on to each other and the girls try to rip them apart.

We actually had her party on her birthday... that's a rarity. We went to Boston Pizza, a tradition, to grab a biote to eat and then headed to abbostford to the 10 pin bowling place... bowling another up and coming traditon so it seems... either that or it's just something cheap that we can all do and have fun together.

September 8 & 9 Camping up at Harrison Lake

Yea, just like the title says. These are pictures from a camping trip Neil, Kris and I went on September 8 & 9. Okay so it was just an overnighter, but Neil couldn't not go to his campsite. This site is up in the mountains off some logging road. it's not a provincial site, it belongs to the forestry, but quite a few people seem to use the site. In 2003 Neil and some buddies built an outhouse there in order to pursuade some of their friends to go to the site. It's not much, but it does the work... by not much I mean it has no walls except for a falling down tarp. It's a beautiful and peaceful and quite site, right on the water. The fist ten or so pictures are Kris' pictures, mine will either be up shortly or are located near the end, depending on when your reading this blurb.

Victoria Trip

|
Neil & I (And Neil's family) went to Victoria this weekend for his cousin's wedding... we also visited a museum on Sunday.
Overall we had a fun time, and even though I didn't know anybody except for Neil and his family I didn't feel left out too much because Neil and his brother and sisters didn't really know their relatives too well.
